Tell me why I spent 2 hrs with my sister and all the bedrooms were without electricity. Said someone was coming to fix it. I had to leave and no one came yet. Shouldn’t they have a back up generator. I felt bad for my sister, it was getting too warm in that room. I’m sure other residents needed machines. Residents were in the hallway.

Bad experience with dietary accommodation because of medical conditions. Tried speaking with kitchen manager, Moseley about the situation several times in the last year & no resolution. When I bring anything to the attention of anyone else in the department I’m met with arrogance, ignorance (towards the medical conditions)& aggression. Meal plans are enforced by the community, so at this point we’re paying for meals that cannot be eaten. We’re not the only people having this problem within the community.
