Nikki has a wonderfully holistic approach, and I always leave a session not only feeling better physically, but also feeling calmer and more present.
I am a marathon runner and have been getting regular treatment from Mignon and Nicole for the past 3 years and could not recommend them any higher. I receive needling, cupping, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, stretching and strengthening exercises to keep me running at sub 2h 45min marathons. I get great results after treatment at GRMM.
