I had treatment with Sophie for bursitis and I couldn’t be happier. She got me from barely being able to hold the steering wheel driving to confidently and comfortably attending regular reformer Pilates classes pain free. She was always very warm and welcoming and explained exercises and variations with diagrams to make recovery as simple as possible.

Have been working with James Lundeberg for some time now with an ongoing issue post surgeries. What I love about James is he’s direct to the point with his thoughts, and with his experience and knowledge very much gives me extremely high confidence when it comes to a plan moving forward. An ordinary time and situation for me has been enlightened with my time with James through the overall experience and of course results. Thanks again, mate.
