Great customer service always helped and worked with me with anything I needed
Simply terrible. There’s a reason that this credit union has been open forever and operates out of the post office with minimal employees and minimal infrastructure. Their systems are antiquated and terrible. Transfer money from another account to your account with them? It takes 5-10 business days IF you’re lucky. If you’re not “lucky” then your money gets “lost”. Forget the rates and promises. They are rude, lie and dodge accountability. This is a small CU with no infrastructure.
