Stopped in today for a smoothie. Hadn’t been in months because I don’t live in NJ. Absolutely appalling the conditions have become. This used to be a nice store now it’s dirty and not as organized as it was. The young man at the back counter was sitting on the prep table when I walked up. So disappointing. I was hoping for a Natural Grocers type of market which I frequented in Colorado. I went for supplements and organic food items. Shelves were practically bare. I'd heard such great reviews from friends, but I didnt see the postives they raved about. Hopefully they will be much better in the future.
Since deans became greens the quality has gone down hill fast . Their prices are ridiculous . Out of stock on just about everything. Zero customer service . Ho yo Sprouts
The nastiest people. Unimaginable how rude the check out people can be and they treat all their customers with contempt like everyone is there to steal. Avoid and just go to Whole Foods — you try to do the right thing and shop local but with that horrible unwelcome attitude good luck.
I felt compelled to leave this review because exceptional customer service is so rare these days, and Joanne at Green Naturals in Shrewsbury truly deserves recognition. Joanne is one of the kindest, sweetest people I have ever met. She greets customers by name, always has a warm smile, and genuinely makes you feel welcomed and appreciated.
