Since deans became greens the quality has gone down hill fast . Their prices are ridiculous . Out of stock on just about everything. Zero customer service . Ho yo Sprouts
The nastiest people. Unimaginable how rude the check out people can be and they treat all their customers with contempt like everyone is there to steal. Avoid and just go to Whole Foods — you try to do the right thing and shop local but with that horrible unwelcome attitude good luck.
I felt compelled to leave this review because exceptional customer service is so rare these days, and Joanne at Green Naturals in Shrewsbury truly deserves recognition. Joanne is one of the kindest, sweetest people I have ever met. She greets customers by name, always has a warm smile, and genuinely makes you feel welcomed and appreciated.
