I gotta give a huge shout out to Haley for taking a few extra minutes with my grandad to play a game with him. It was nice to see her go the extra mile for him.
First impressions, the outside is so pretty, the inside not so pretty. Very old and worn, and very loud ! My husband is in a semi private room where they don’t clean the walls, looks really nasty. He has a small tv but no controls for it, but that doesn’t matter because the patient next to him has a tv right beside his and it’s so loud! I’m still on the fence about the staff!
