I had a very positive experience with the sales staff at the Soho store. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, and I truly appreciated the attention and service I received while shopping there. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service afterward was not at the same level. This store is the epitome of grandma chic.
I ordered several products, but some items were missing from my order. I emailed customer service four times and never received a response, which was very disappointing.
Beautiful furnishings and home decor. Solid furniture and hand made items at reasonable prices. Grandma chic to modern heirloom styles, happy bright pieces for an eclectic or crafted boho home, or really any home as accents or conversation starters. Great for gifts from kitchen to bedroom. So happy they opened the first ever physical store after online only presence. Staff were nice also.
