Greenport PYW is a super friendly and welcoming place. I really enjoyed taking beginner classes with Sophia, a great teacher who makes sure everyone gets something out of each class. The studio is very upscale with a full range of ammenities.
Amazing
I absolutely love Greenport Wellness. The studio is super clean and the owners are truly amazing people. I tried the Ashtanga class with Ms. Dalia about two months ago as a beginner to yoga, and I’ve been hooked ever since. She’s incredibly hands-on and so so so inspiring. Honestly, I don’t think “amazing” is even enough to describe her as a teacher. I look forward to seeing her every week and continuing to grow in my practice. Incredible studio and spa! I took two reformer pilates classes with Keirsten and wish I could stay longer and take more! The facilities are gorgeous and the owners are a lovely couple! Definitely go here!
