Judi has been by far the best massage therapist I have worked with in dealing with my severely stiff back. Having a medical background, Judi provides helpful information (including detailed muscle charts) while working on specific areas and provides useful advice on how to maintain the good and prevent the bad. Hands down ;) the best around!
Judi is incredible! I had surgery on my shoulder for a torn labrum about a year ago, but in spite of a consistent PT routine, I just couldn't achieve the level of comfort and strength that I'd had, pre-injury. My surgeon recommended deep-tissue massage and gave me some names for people in and around the Burlington area that have received positive reviews. The best massage I've ever had, and I've had many!
Judy was able to provide me with relief and answers when a Doctor and Physical therapy could not diagose! She is excellent at listening, evaluating your needs and following through until you arrive back at wellness. Thank you Judy, still feeling great!!
Judi is the best. I walked in with a headache that I've had for three days and after my massage, it was gone. Her goal was to make my massage today the best one I've ever gotten and it was! Highly recommended!
