My best friend booked roughly/verbally massage appointment and then he called to confirm about time and then she said we already pulled ur money, so basically they took his money with giving services and receptionist was rude too, I was witness, very much unprofessional.
Their front desk made appointment for my friend with confirmation from him and changed him. So unprofessional..
Bad experience with Receptionist. She don’t know how to talk with customers. So rude
