This was one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. I booked a waxing appointment for legs, arms, and underarms, but halfway through, the staff was pulled away to serve another client. The owner, Erin, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and dishonest throughout the situation. She was soooo rude that I couldn't handle it, she told her staff to tell me to leave, she said "ask her to leave my clinic, she is wasting my time, get payment from her and kick her out" terrible words she was using �... read more
