Edit: after reading through some of the other reviews I can understand what happened tonight and as much of a bummer as it is I didn't realize Greenline was managed so personally. Occasionally they may not be able to stay open as late as their online hours suggest and missing a delivery can definitely hurt the days operations, so know that if you're ordering Greenline to be ready for them to come through. We missed the call and it caused a bit of a headache so we'll have to try again later.

I was disappointed in this service. I read all the great reviews and decided to try it. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. It was already past the 45-120 minute delivery estimate. I checked my mailbox after waiting for 2 hours and still nothing. I wrote an email providing the timeline and received a call shortly after that it was delivered and in my mailbox an hour ago. Oakland native here, always down to support local businesses. On 01/29/2026 around 10 PM, I called after getting off work late—knowing most dispensaries close at 10 PM. This could’ve been an opportunity to gain a new customer or promote after-hours or next-day sales. Instead, due to an error on the company’s website, I needed assistance and was met with poor communication. This guy runs a “delivery service” the way a plug runs a burner phone. Accepted my order at 10 PM, let me wait over an hour, then texted saying they “closed early.” When I politely asked if they could still deliver, even offered to pay extra, he hit me with “stop texting my phone.” No professionalism, no accountability. If you want to be treated like a customer, go somewhere that actually operates like a real business.
