I wish I could put negative stars, but I can’t. This company is a complete scam. Do not repeat do not fall for their BS. They will keep trying to restart you on a plan and you’ll end up paying them over 10 K just like I did. They are trying to run multiple companies under one so when you call in and ask for information, they have to figure out which lie they told to you earlier they will put you on hold for hours and swap up and down a day offered you a power of attorney offer and compromise to resolve your taxes. My parents completely got robbed from this company they took over $20k from them and we never heard nothing back from them… they are a complete scam do not I repeat do not give these people your business!!!
It has come to my attention that the entity in question has thirty-four consumer complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. The absolute WORST. I should've read their reviews first before retaining them. Will take your money knowing that they can't win the tax case, can't stand these people.
Hired this company over a year ago and they have done absolutely nothing for my wife and I, they are very good at taking our money every month like clockwork, other than that, they are terrible, I've been calling them for info on our case, been calling for 6 months!!!! No response yet
