My parents completely got robbed from this company they took over $20k from them and we never heard nothing back from them… they are a complete scam do not I repeat do not give these people your business!!!

The absolute WORST. I should've read their reviews first before retaining them. Will take your money knowing that they can't win the tax case, can't stand these people.
Hired this company over a year ago and they have done absolutely nothing for my wife and I, they are very good at taking our money every month like clockwork, other than that, they are terrible, I've been calling them for info on our case, been calling for 6 months!!!! No response yet
I hired them 3 years ago and they said they did an Offer and Compromise for me. They said I had to pay 38k and I would be all caught up. I paid. Never heard from them since! I call all the time and they leave me on hold so long I have to hang up! I can't believe this was a scam! But I went to the IRS today and they never got that money! I want my money back! I can't believe they are in still in business. I'm worse off now then when I hired them. We all need to do something about this! I'm not letting it go
