My Dad was in here some years ago. All i can say is i hope they have improved! The level of care here was very bad. We finally moved him! Dad was left unclean every visit. I could go on and on! Staff just did not seem to care. We complained but nothing changed. Sadly hes now passed. But i would never have put him on there care if i had known what it would be like for my poor dad
