We have been purchasing our weekly fruit & veg from Greenlands since we moved into the area 4 years ago and cannot fault them. Their excellent produce, outstanding customer service and ease of delivery or click & collect options are second to none. We are never disappointed and highly recommend them.
Ordered New Zealand pine nuts which they have both a picture of the bag and description online of how they are from New Zealand (JCs brand, advertised), which I have bought before from other sites. The bags of pine nuts arrive and the packaging and pine nuts are completely different from the online picture and description, and the pack that was delivered clearly says on the back label they are a Product of China which is obvious if you know your pine nuts and saw a proper picture of the shape and size of them. I had to get myself 3kg of baby spinach last minute. I called up Greenlands fruit and Vince picked up. I had called after closing time but he still told me to come over and that he would help me out. Had an amazing chat with him, and this guy is passionate about everything fruit and veg! Genuinely one of the kindest souls you will meet. The spinach was super fresh and tasted amazing. Excellent quality produce and amazing customer service. I recently had something sent that wasn’t their usual standard, and the care I was given was top notch to rectify it.
Today I had my first interaction with Greenlands Grocer while enquiring about premium cherry gift boxes for a community engagement initiative connected to the opening of our new business.
