Booked 1.5hr massage for my partner. Received a rushed 1hr massage. Staff realised after massage and offered some sort of sample of skincare. They then proceeded to charge my partner for an hour despite my card details being on file. Owner called me to sort of apologise but more so simply wanted to point out that I didn’t read the booking form properly to know that card wouldn’t be charged which makes sense, however owner was pretty defensive and rude. Massage was amazing and kept me feeling relaxed for days. Appointments always on time and rooms are comfortable cocoons!
I have been several times for a infra red sauna and facial and come away feeling amazing. The products and staff are fantastic. I also buy my non toxic perfume from here, very happy with everything this store has to offer.
