The customer service here is trash. Most of the staff don’t know what they’re talking about. One tall, light-skinned guy in particular was clueless about cannabis products and even gave out wrong information. If you’re working at a dispensary, at least learn the basics before talking to customers.
The store was closed during posted business hours, with a sign on the door saying, “Be back in 5 mins.” It ended up taking about 30 minutes before they reopened. Once inside, I asked for a preroll and was told they only had one house preroll available, with no label, strain information, or other details provided. It was the only option available. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend checking out other dispensaries nearby that offer a better selection and more product information.
