Josh at Greenfront is so great! I am using him from now on for all my future mortgage broker needs. Super responsive, can call with both simple or complex questions and get solid answers. He explains everything with regards to closing disclosures very clearly and he stands by his word during the process. He helped with a recent refinance and I'm looking to get his help with another property coming up shortly as well. Really great guy. Would highly recommend.
