Carol Phillips of Greenfield Tax Strategies prepared my Federal and State tax returns for 2024. I uploaded my documents to her secure portal, and she promptly prepared my returns. Her portal is easy to work with, and Carol's work was accurate. I will be having Carol prepare my returns for years to come.
Had a meeting with Carol who was very kind and said she’d get back to me in a few days so she could prepare some things but now it’s been weeks with no response. I’ve tried contacting multiple times and in various ways but I’ve been ghosted. Very frustrating.
