I had a technical issue with a parking payment and the registry of motor vehicles . I spoke numerous times with Jenn and Kathleen to resolve the issue. It was frustrating as it was a computer glitch and it required human intervention. I struggled to get anyone at all to help at the registry even though their computer interface was affected.
