Best bank I have ever used - current customer
Rude customer service.
I am almost at the end of winding down my parents' estate. Part of the paperwork has required medallion signatures. GSBhas been absolutely wonderful to deal with for these. I am truly impressed with how wonderful they have been to deal with on this.
After moving they refused to give me my money. They froze my debit card with over 100 in the account they refuzed to send me my money intell I reported them to the police and the government
