I am almost at the end of winding down my parents' estate. Part of the paperwork has required medallion signatures. GSBhas been absolutely wonderful to deal with for these. I am truly impressed with how wonderful they have been to deal with on this.
After moving they refused to give me my money. They froze my debit card with over 100 in the account they refuzed to send me my money intell I reported them to the police and the government

The staff is nice and pleasant and even warm. But, the policies undermine the warmth. For example. I had my card hacked with an unauthorized purchase. I saw it due to the app as pending. I called immediately. Got an automated service and found out I can not stop the transaction. Like watching the thief take your money and nobody cares. So next morning, I explain the fraud, fill out the forms and later learn I won't get my money back for 90 days and only if they decide someone who didn't send me a receipt, a tracking number, ... read more
