TO THE STAFF AT GREENFIELD REHAB OF GREEN BAY It was after my shoulder surgery in December, 2019 that I first went to Greenfield for my rehab. I didn’t know what to expect but found their clinic to be very attractive and well equipped. I liked the convenient downtown Green Bay location with plenty of parking, a neat and clean building with an elevator. I had some pretty good/bad lower back PAIN with my L3 L4 and L5 pinching the nerve going down my left leg. I was in absolute excruciating pain just laying flat. Doctor ordered 5 weeks of rehab instead of operating immediately, much to my chagrin. I went here not knowing anything about who they were, how they were going to do this, and I told them I wasn't happy coming to rehab.
