Whenever a person has to go to physical therapy, they are aware there will be a certain amount of pain involved to regain their original strength and mobility. It is normal to feel some anxiety and apprehension. Once a patient walks through the doors at your outpatient physical therapy department, the staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I went to Outpatient physical therapy at Greenfields. Andrew was my physical therapist. He pushed me to do things after my knee replacement surgery that I didn't think I could do. He was very supportive and I accomplished things beyond my expectations. I enjoyed my time at the outpatient rehab! Prior to my time as outpatient, I was inpatient for a week immediately following knee replacement surgery. I have had two knee replacements & two shoulder replacements. With each one I went to greenfield outpatient physical therapy & each time was given excellent care. With my last shoulder replacement I was given a physical therapist by the name of Jordan. I couldn't have asked for any one more knowledgeable,kind,& compassionate! He knew exactly what to do to get me on the mend! I was given explicit instructions on what to do at home (including pictures) He made each visit so enjoyable with his easy demeanor & sense of humor!
