Terrible, deplorable customer service. They can't stand behind thier products. I had a faulty vape cartridge, and they said that it's been too long (two weeks, with original receipt. TWO WEEKS). They also said that because I made a return in the past, they won't do it again. The fact is, I bought it there, it was faulty, and I had a genuine receipt. On March 9, 2026 I was there at 10:54pm and I checked the business hours and it clearly says 9am to 11pm and i knocked on door and an employee saw me and went to his manager and i don’t know what they talked about but i didn’t get served and if store have to be closed before hours then please also update it on google because it doesn’t make sense that google shows it open and when you get there they are already closed before hours
