Aide’s are overworked which ends up leaving a lot of things and people neglected and they have to follow orders or they’ll lose their jobs even if the know it’s wrong or disagree

My dad has gotten excellent care under Colleen and Kari’s leadership. They are always visible and helping on the floors. The staff are attentive and compassionate from all departments. The housekeepers go to great effort to keep up with his room. Laundry takes care with his clothes. The activities staff keep him engaged. The meals are delicious and to his preference. My grandmother was at Greene and the care she received was that of love and compassion. When you walk into Greene it feels like you are home and not at a facility. Staff always greets you with a smile and ask if you need help with anything. One thing that impressed me was the Your Path meeting held after admit. We got to meet the Greene team and ask questions about our loved ones stay. Keep up the great work Greene.
