Scott routinely ignores correspondence disappearing for weeks at a time & has threatened me on multiple occasions. IMO he is negligent & misleading. His emails are filled with gibberish, baseless statements, shocking inaccuracies & blatant fabrications. I'm in contact with the state bar.
I've had the worst experience with Scott Chaplan. I'll be following up with the CA State Bar. Do yourself a favor & avoid this firm at all costs.

Claimed to have left the country 2x, another 2 business trips totaling 2 months of down time mid negotiations to destinations without phone / internet service! IMO he is negligent & misleading. He missed 4 consecutive tel appointments wasting another month! His emails are filled with gibberish, baseless statements, shocking inaccuracies & blatant fabrications.
Scott is negligent and irresponsible. Took money and stopped returning calls.
They have no idea what they’re talking about. Takes forever to respond and is rude about it. Needs to retire.
