Greene County Auditor

SO sorry for anyone having to make a visit to this office as customer service is absolutely nill! With four employees situated in a bullpen office setup, you'd think at least one of them would look up and extend a greeting or at least walk up to the counter when a customer walked in--nope! All they did was repeatedly recite, "we cannot give out legal advice" when asked for minimal assistance in filling out a form.

What I Love & Respect about the Auditor’s property valuation process is that -although our opinions may be miles apart- there still exists an opportunity for all parties to sit down and discuss differences, in an effort to reach middle ground. Political views and wishes take a backseat to our old-school democratic system, which is alive and well in Greene County Ohio, USA.

The phone number didn't work at all yesterday. Called a different location and the number they gave me didn't work. Called the State office and they were confused as well. No clue who runs this location, but your information is wrong or you need to pay your phone bill.

Person I spoke with had no time for me. When I tried to ask her a question she cut me off. Really poor customer service.
