Clean and nice atmosphere
It's a fantastic social experience, simple conversation, some laughter, just plain fun... and lunch/ dinner too. Afterwards I go to the fitness room and do some light work, mostly elliptical, although that machine is mediocre quality which is really too bad. A good elliptical is a great workout.
