On Sunday 8/14/22 I visited a resident of this facility with two others. No staff checked in with us and residents helped us find our intended host. After serving the food at lunch all staff ate together at a table around the corner and out of eye shot of most residents. Twice I alerted them to needy residents and finally got a blind man his drink myself. Both bathrooms in that hall had clogged toilets with more than one persons feces.
