DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I called on Feb 11-2024 and spoke with Michael (The owner) to book a ride for a concert July 2024 in Va. Beach. All went well until he ask for my card information to verify funds ONLY. I proceeded to add that you're not going to charge my card for services requested for July 2024 Correct? He replied no ONLY verifying funds. I checked my bank account on Feb 14-2024 and a charge amount not agreed upon (More than) was already showing on my statement list. Do NOT use this service. They are a FRAUD. I've had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and the state Attorney General office their conduct was so deplorable
I called and the person on the line said this is a car service and I need to put down a deposit of $65 on a credit card to book a ride. Why do they advertise as a Taxi company when they are clearly not! Google needs to update this listing!
Zero stars. I paid the extra above the cost of Uber or Lyft because I naively thought it would be more reliable at 4am taking me to the airport- a drive less than 15 minutes. Turns out they just book you an Uber about 30 minutes prior to requested pickup. Should not be a legitimate business. On top of that, they were 5 minutes late. They even snuck in extra charges above advertised. All for a 15 minute ride to the airport. I'm so dumb. You got me once. Never again.
This is a car service as the person who answered the call described it. They should remove the word "taxi" in their business profile.
