This is the best school to build a great foundation for your children!! My son has vision challenges and the teachers here have worked tirelessly to help Matthew catch up and excel. I am most grateful for the Montessori Method. Anyone that wants to give their child an excellent beginning in education needs to come here! You will never regret it.
We have two boys that have both been enrolled at GMS since they were two (they are 11 and 6 now). Both have benefitted so much from the Montessori method. They love their teachers and are flourishing academically. We have also taken advantage of the extra programs offered over the years (gymnastics, swim lessons, art lessons, and violin lessons). The opportunity for parent involvement in school activities is great.
My son has done both kindergarten and first grade at GMS - both years have been fantastic. In both grades he continues to astonish me. The staff and teaching methods at this school are just phenomenal. Your biggest worry with your children at this school with be how advanced they will be if you ever decide to pull them out. I can not tell you how amazing, caring, and truly concerned the staff is for each and every child. The school and the staff becomes a continuation of your family.
My husband and I are so happy to have found such a wonderful school for all of our boys (we have four). Is it worth it? EVERY PENNY! The staff there is wonderful, they love the students and it shows! Our boys are well ahead of the grading curve for their age range and they actually look forward to school when the summer break is over... How many parents can say that?
