I WILL NEVER BUY ANY OF THERE STUPID DINGY TOYS I GOT A PADDLE BALL WITH A RACKET AND THE BALL BROKE FROM 2 MINUTES OF PLAY YOU ARE MAKING MONEY OFF OF DOLLAR TREE I AM NEVER BUYING A TOY FROM YOU AND YOUR DAMN DINGY SELVES ALL YOU MAKE IS CHILDREN CRY INSTEAD OF GETTING COAL CHILDREN SHOULD GET YOUR CRAP TOYS CUZ THEY ARE WORSE EVERYBODY DONT SPEND A COIN ON THIS CRAP

Apparently I'm not the ONLY person who has had a problem with this companies products and trying to contact them due to their failed products....
MY quesiton is THIS.... if they are such a poor company......
Why are people still BUYING THINGS FROM THEM??
I say it's time someone does something about this company. I'm going to be the one who does it. When my daughter is disappointed on Easter because her Miracle of Easter CD doesn't work and I find out this is a pathetic company who has time and time again left customers empty handed AND failed to stand up to the standard of a level of service Americans expect ...(Yes, I saw...it was MADE in CHINA. No offense to China as a nation, but what do you expect when you get products made by people under paid and cheaply bought materials)
Indeed, I'm not going to be another consumer who will allow a useless company to make a quick dollar...a dollar that in THIS ecoonomy that is HARD to scrape up...and then sit back in their offiice 'somewhere' in Chesapeake, VA with no Website or simple quick way to access them when their sorry, cheap products don't work.
Am I a ranting irrate customer? YOU BET. Am I just ranting and will forget about this? NOPE. Check my blog...I'll make sure this company doesn't get away so easily. That's what I do. Deal with sormpanies who try to make money of hard working Americans. Clean it up and get my child her CD that works...and is programmed properly....Is that too much to ask from a company who puts a CD entired "The Miracle of Jesus"? Is it a MIRACLE to contact this company?

My child was playing with a Halloween toy distributed by this company, and bit down on it causing the liquid inside to shoot into his mouth. I tried to call the company to ask if the liquid inside was nontoxic. This phone number gives 2 options. One is if you would like to purchase an item, and the other is if you would like to leave a comment about the item. You cannot get to a real person through this number. All companies or corporations should be required to have a phone number for safety purposes that connects you to a real person. I will not purchase any of their items again.

I tried to find this company on the web and it's virtually impossible...you might want to let them know to add their web site..I'm sure they have one..I just can't find it.

I recently made a purchase of a product distributed by your company. After searching the intenet for your company name I successfully located. The name listed on the product says Reenbrier International INC. instead of Greenbrier International. Your product is a Tie Out Stake (Paws N Claws). Please correct the name on product and put the full mailing address for consumer issues. I am not impressed at all.
