Super friendly owners and super easy/fast process. I was in and out, and the bike was great. Just want to share with the owners, since they are also from Richmond, the very best part of this ride was as soon as I finished and got back into cell service, my phone pinged with a text from a friend saying there had been a Francine sighting!
I had a flat tire and saw this bike shop. On the way home. I stopped in to buy a tube and they told me if I buy the tube from them they would change it for me. What a deal. So I told them to go ahead. While I was waiting I was talking with other customers. When they brought the bike out to me they had washed it and it was very shiny. It's hard to find places that go way above the call of duty. Very nice people at the store.
Nice bike shop and friendly helping staff, great location.
Today we were happily riding along the Greenbrier River trail. First, I had a flat. Fixed it, but saw there was a puncture in the tire as well as the tube. Rode on to complete our 25 mile ride.almost done and my hubby’s bike belt (chain ) was dislodged by a branch on the trail. I was able to ride to Marlinton and located this shop. He had to walk his back around 2 miles. Long story short, the 3 man shop was able to replace my tire and tube and later get the belt back in place. Stopped by unannounced and checked if they could do a derailer adjustment on our 2 bikes. “Sure can, bring them in”. Very friendly and professional. If you are in the area I would highly recommend. Thank you for making the river trial a good experience Highly recommend
