My family and I came to West Virginia for a ski trip. Found this local bike shop during our stay and Scott was very helpful! We rented out 7 bikes to go explore the nearby town and Greenbrier trail. The rental came with helmets and he made adjustments to seat heights when needed.
Scott was awesome! He shuttled us 2 days for our annual bike trip. He was very flexible and catered to our needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone for shuttling and bike rentals. Top notch service!

I blew a tire on the Greenbrier River Trail today. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with Greenbrier Bikes. They were incredibly nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They replaced my old tires while we waited and for a very reasonable price. It salvaged our day! As a side note, I have a less than high end bike and they did not give us a dismissive attitude like we have gotten from bike shops in Connecticut where we live.
