Great LBS - and larger than most big-city shops. Cool store! The friendly and knowledgeable folks have everything for your bike needs, especially gravel and mountain bikes - including parts, gear, and a healthy selection of bikes, including Surly and Trek. I rented a great Trek Townie e-bike for two days on the Greenbrier River Trail. Amber had answers for all my questions and the GRT. Scott quickly/unexpectedly changed a tire and tube for me. And I have to shout out to the Old Clark Inn for the recommendation.
My 17 year old and I had the best time on ebikes from Greenbrier Bikes on the GRT. We had a bit of a hiccup, but the staff was tremendous in recovery! Plus pickle pizza to round out the day. Highly recommend!
Scott and his team helped find the perfect mountain bike for my skill level and budget! An awesome and friendly bike shop!
All the staff at Greenbrier Bikes are extremely knowledgeable. They can get you set up with any type of bike at this shop; road, mountain, cruiser, and even e-bikes! If you are in the area, this is a must stop if you are into riding bikes.
I haven’t bought one yet but very friendly and informative with all my questions about electric bikes. My second trip in was to order if not the best pizza I have ever had it has to be tied for the best. I asked even more questions while waiting. Again very helpful. Definitely will eventually get my electric bike here.
