Do not buy from this company. We purchased three items on amazon. One never arrived (despite them promising it had been shipped twice). We are still trying to return the other two. Despite their stated return policy which claims full returns for unused items, they are attempting to charge a $60 restocking free for items that totaled $65. Here is how they responded after I asked why my order hadn't shipped after 10 days, which it's 9 days later than promised: "I'd be glad to help assist you with this. It looks like we don't have your money and we never charged you for the order placed. So, please stop contacting us. We no longer plan to do business with you or anyone associated, due to your actions. Same story - placed an order July 21st, received confirmation email, money was withdrawn from my acct. Email said my item would ship within 24 hrs… 10 days later - no tracking info, no response to my email or VM. Phone rings but nobody picks up. Maybe you will respond to my review? $60 isn’t a huge purchase but I’m careful of every dollar I spend. Please respond with an explanation! ✌️
Order never received! Phone number listed goes to VM every time.
Very disappointed with their service. Wondering if this is a real company.. Ordered in April 2024, sill no product and no status on our $500+ order. Requesting a refund and still no answer. Extremely disappointing!!
