Excellent customer service.
She make way too many mistakes. Do not use crystal. $450 for 20 min service. No thanks. She does the basic software which is worst than Turbo tax. Save yourself time and money. Very unprofessional staff and front desk.
Not worth the aggravating service, unprofessionalism, and the cost.
Crystal is the worst. She makes many mistakes and then tells me she is too busy to solve the issues. Save your self some time and go with someone who knows costumer service.
