Excellent service 🙏🏾
One of the worst businesses that I've heard of. They are "tax experts" but filed a settlement incorrectly and are refusing to fix it. In addition, they are refusing to answer questions about it or take any sort of accountability. In addition, they're incredibly rude and seem to not understand tax documents often times asking what a file is for. Lastly, they don't understand technology. I have used Greenbank Tax Services for many years. I had appointments with Crystal Sparrow who goes out of her way to help you Crystal is amazing and very knowledgeable with the tax laws. I have also contacted Crystal by phone multiple times and she is always available to answer questions. The staff at Greenbank Tax Services is friendly and welcoming.
