Never rely on a company that makes it this difficult to report customer service issues. It's clear GBC does not care about the customer. I received a defective tire as the bead was inconsistent in thickness and would not seal. Tire had to be shipped back to factory to verify my claim (1 week). Had to be inspected (two more days). Replacement approved (another day). Customer service said would be shipped within two days and sent tracking information. It's been three days and Fed Ex still has not seen the tire.
