I found Mr. Josué Cristóbal Guerrero to be extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and fully understanding of the law in question when I spoke with him regarding an HOA issue. He was very helpful in understanding our unique situation, all applicable laws, and how we could go on the offense (if needed) with our case.
