This business needs to be shut down and all licenses should be revoked. I scheduled my original appointment a month in advance just to have no one ever ever call me for my appointment. I called over a dozen times that day trying to get a hold of someone to find out what was going on. I never could reach anyone through voicemails or calling. Not at all impressed with the quality of your services I have waited over 2 months for my approval letter I have called the spokane valley office more then once I need it now they tried to mail it to me and nothing I'm waiting I even drive an hour to get and haven't received no luck at all nit happy it needs fix now
