My mother is a resident of Green Valley. She tells me all the time how much she likes it here. She talks about the good care she receives from the nurses, CNA's, and even the cooks and housekeeping staff! She loves the food they serve and says they are fattening her up. Mom really enjoys the social life at Green Valley, the activities, coffee club, singing and church on Sunday. I am very pleased that my Mother is so happy here.
My dad was here for several months and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very compassionate and took excellent care of him. He loved the food and staff became his friends. I highly recommend Green Valley Care Center!
The worst nursing home in New Albany IN. They don't appreciate their staff the poor residents don't get the care they need and they have alot of falls
Absolutely disgusting facility!!! Overworked and under paid staff I feel terrible for the residents!! If you love your family member don't bring them there!!!
This is the worst nursing home in New Albany. My mother was rarely washed or changed and was over-medicated so they wouldn't have to do anything for her. There was feces and urine on the floors.
