Driver ambulette #25, DOT #39970. The driver was a grumpy, stodgy, short old Korean man with an shitty attitude (he was listening to Korean radio). He had a terrible attitude, temper and was unprofessional all throughout. It was like dealing with an overgrown child. He arrived 25 mins early (only plus) but I flagged him down from my front step, since transitioning my mom from walker into wheelchair alone, through the front door was risky- she could fall at any moment. Greentrips is a wonderful company. I am very thankful to them for taking great care of my mom during all of her appointments after her surgeries. They are ALWAYS on time. The drivers are so helpful and friendly. Thank you for your service !!

This company was good and drivers nice but today’s experience has completely changed how I feel van was 25 minutes late for pickup without been n alerted from the company and the told the driver would wait for us in parking lot until after the appointment and instead left and had to wait until me hour with my husband and I n q wheelchair in a parking lot. No apology no accountability.. time to find another service.
