Unfortunately after years of positive interaction Mark decided to ghost me literally during the middle of tax prep season. Mark's ghosting me was not just unprofessional but also cost me hundreds of dollars in additional fees because his last communication was that he was going to file an extension for me and he didn't, so by the time I realized Mark was incommunicado and found an alternative I had to pay a Failure to File and Failure to Pay penalty. This is our second year using Mark's services. Couldn't be more pleased. He has pointed things out in our taxes that saved us significant amounts of money, and he is EXTREMELY responsive to questions and very patient in explaining oddball tax lingo. He's been around long enough to see some weird tax situations, so you can be rest assured that he will be willing to help through yours. I highly encourage you to set up a meeting with him come next tax season!

I have been using Mark for the last several years, and from the get go, it has been an amazing experience. During out first meeting, he reviewed my last few tax returns completed by one of the big, nationwide tax companies. He found several errors which resulted in me not receiving the correct amount. He fixed them and ensured I received what I was due! He is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions in a timely manner. Everything is processed electronically, which is very convenient. I will not use anyone else!
