The photo booth worked great at our wedding, and the pictures were really fun. The owners are very prompt in responding to questions/concerns. We actually had a misunderstanding with what our contract included (two attendees working the booth). Lee and Justin were responsive, and we worked out an agreement to make up for the misunderstanding. Overall, the photo booth was a hit with our guests, and having the link to share on social networks is great.
We hired GSB for a company event / party that we had and we couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. The customer service was outstanding and they were able to answer all of our questions we had before, during, and after the event. When it came to the date of the event GSB took care of EVERYTHING. The customer contact personal was top notch and was very knowledgeable about the service.
