The last time recently when visiting Culpepper, we discovered a gift shop that worth reviewing because of its specializing in what they describe as kind-to-the-earth ware and gifts! When I’m looking for a unique gift for someone, a treat for myself, or just feel like browsing around a cozy shop, Green Roost is the place to go. The owner and staff are just wonderful. A couple of months ago I fainted in the store and their employee, Renee, was beyond wonderful to me. She jumped in, helped me out, and was so caring. I’ve purchased a Culpeper t-shirt for my husband, a Culpeper coffee mug, candles, jewelry for myself and my daughters, and much more. Such a great downtown Culpeper shop. A must stop shop.
Loved our time in this store! You get what you pay for in the quality of items. We all left with a purchase. There seemed to be something for everyone. We picked up jewelry, a Father's Day gift, a baby gift, accessories and a candy bar for the walk after. Planning on following them on social media. Staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Parking is street parking and 3 hour lots in walking distance. Loved the layout, variety and the special service they provide. Check the hours before going they closed at five.
