been living here in apt. 103 for 14 months now. it`s been a total nightmare here. bad management, BED BUG INFESTATIONS IN ALL THREE COMPLEX BUILDINGS, CONSTANT WATER LEAKS AND BUILDING WATER SHUTOFF NOTICES AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK, LOW PRESSURE PROBLEMS, LOW WATER TEMPATURE ISSUES, MAINTENACE ISSUES THAT ARE NOT ADDRESSED AT ALL, EACH APARTMENT HAS WATER SHUT OFF VALVES IN THE CLOSET SPACE, BUT, THEY ARE NOT HOOKED UP. Finally got a home! Signed the final paperwork and got the keys
My mom lived here for years and years, when we moved her out. We had made the apartment spick and span. We were unable to get a deposit back, as they trumped up charges on her apartment clean up bill. Charging her for burners for the stove and things. So much so, they charged us an additional $5.00 just to put the nail in the coffin. Not only did we not get her deposit back, I had to pay $10 to ship the $5 check registered mail. Managers, are very rude to residents as well as guests, if they half to replace or repair anything in your unit they will trump up charges for the resident to pay, and threaten to evict if it’s not paid within the time they allow, it’s not safe around here at all, my friend was hit over the head with a brick, there are homeless people sleeping at the exit doors at night waiting for the door to open so they can come in, Don’t rent here.
