I was a patient at Green Prairie in Plainview in February 2025, and I definitely give the facility a 5 star rating. The nursing care, OT and PT were exceptional. Everyone was so kind and caring. I received excellent care in all aspects. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs some after care rehabilitation following hospital stays.
I was in rehab at Green Prairie in Dec 2023, and it is one of the best rehab places I have experienced. I'm a fall risk and have been to several physical rehab in SE MN, and this is one of the best. Excellent staff and friendly co-patients. People make it great!
