My grandpa stayed here for a short time for rehab. His experience at GPRC was outstanding. The staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive to every detail of care. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, creating a comfortable environment for recovery. Therapy services were excellent and tailored to individual needs, helping him make great progress. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality care and rehabilitation.
My Mother was in the nursing home for rehab. EVERYONE was extremely nice and cared for her beyond measures. This is an amazing team. Thanks for ALL that you do on a daily basis. It does not go unseen.

I was a patient at Green Prairie in Plainview in February 2025, and I definitely give the facility a 5 star rating. The nursing care, OT and PT were exceptional. Everyone was so kind and caring. I received excellent care in all aspects. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs some after care rehabilitation following hospital stays.
