Had shoulder surgery in December of 2024. Completed my physical therapy at Green PT with Jose and Lizette. Had really good success at getting back to functional considering the amount of work done during surgery. Will return if PT is needed for any reason.
Great place to go for therapy. I have been to a couple of different ones lately, but I like Green Therapy the best. I like the fact that the therapist actually takes the time to sit and talk to you. It makes me feel more like they care for you, than it's just a job.
They provide excellent customer service very knowledgeable. They are always on time for your appointments, and they always show that they care. I've had several of the therapists. Linda, Harvey, and Sergio helped me through Through this they've all been very caring and helpful. I'm very grateful the receptionist nuvi is also very friendly I was able to meet the owner, who's very approachable. And when they didn't have an appointment available and I needed to be seen. A few years ago I went several times with a knee injury. My appointments were usually 30 minutes top. I was seen by a different PT or PTA each time. I got different exercises each time, no printouts on what to do at home. I often had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I felt like I was an afterthought. It was difficult to reach anyone by phone.
