Great place to go for therapy. I have been to a couple of different ones lately, but I like Green Therapy the best. I like the fact that the therapist actually takes the time to sit and talk to you. It makes me feel more like they care for you, than it's just a job.
They provide excellent customer service very knowledgeable. They are always on time for your appointments, and they always show that they care. I've had several of the therapists. Linda, Harvey, and Sergio helped me through Through this they've all been very caring and helpful. I'm very grateful the receptionist nuvi is also very friendly I was able to meet the owner, who's very approachable. And when they didn't have an appointment available and I needed to be seen. A few years ago I went several times with a knee injury. My appointments were usually 30 minutes top. I was seen by a different PT or PTA each time. I got different exercises each time, no printouts on what to do at home. I often had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I felt like I was an afterthought. It was difficult to reach anyone by phone. Hands down the best! I love working with Glyniss and Daisy! I love that she knows my goals and helps me target them can’t wait to go back Update, I have graduated from my program and I just want to leave an update because this truly was an amazing experience. When Glyniss learned what my goals were and how serious I was she did everything possible to help me leave feeling confident and ready to go conquer those goals. They don't answer their phone. I've been trying to call all morning to confirm my appointment and nobody is picking up. Edit: everything good. They were having phone issues. I will come back, I think they can help me get rid of decade old pain.
