Their website doesn’t work for auto payment and nobody picks up the phone at the office the number that I got from Google and from their bill???? is anyone home?
The person that answered the phone today,when I called to ask why the fire hydrants on Jewell were all wide open, was VERY rude. She was first annoyed that I hadn't gotten the message from her co-worker, then when I asked her to explain her answer of "it's for a project for the district" further, she kept saying "I'm not going to argue with you about it". All I wanted to know is why, when we are under watering restrictions, are they running millions of gallons of water down the street?!? She finally said it was to flush ever... read more
The level of customer service from this team is unmatched. I love working with these folks.
Promise to pay from the city put in on Tuesday. Its now Sunday our water is still not on and no one will answer the phone on Thursday or Friday. We have children in the home and they don't seem o care if we get our water on or not
