We have a water loss that we've been dealing with, and it has been a nightmare with the contractor. I called Green Mountain Water to see if they could help verify some permitting questions I had. I spoke with Becky, who could not have been more helpful. She let me know exactly what was happening and exactly where we stand. You are very lucky to have someone so caring in your office.

We sold our house and moved to another city because our water bills had skyrocketed — increasing over 50% in just a couple years and nearly double what we would pay with Denver Water — largely due to what we believe is an unfair Infrastructure Replacement Fee (IRF) imposed by the board of directors, making it financially unsustainable to stay.

Their website doesn’t work for auto payment and nobody picks up the phone at the office the number that I got from Google and from their bill???? is anyone home?

The person that answered the phone today,when I called to ask why the fire hydrants on Jewell were all wide open, was VERY rude. She was first annoyed that I hadn't gotten the message from her co-worker, then when I asked her to explain her answer of "it's for a project for the district" further, she kept saying "I'm not going to argue with you about it". All I wanted to know is why, when we are under watering restrictions, are they running millions of gallons of water down the street?!? She finally said it was to flush ever... read more
