The level of customer service from this team is unmatched. I love working with these folks.
Promise to pay from the city put in on Tuesday. Its now Sunday our water is still not on and no one will answer the phone on Thursday or Friday. We have children in the home and they don't seem o care if we get our water on or not
We had a water leak alert sent from our meter. My wife talked to Linda at green mountain water and she sent dispatch out to our house. Austin was sent out and identified the issue for the leak. He also suggested to my wife corrective actions which we did to stop the leak. Austin. And Linda were extremely nice and professional. Thank you for the great service and professionalism. The work you folks do is super critical for our infrastructure and appreciated!
