I'm only giving this review on the 09:40 bus from essex to downtown on Sept 6th. I've rode this bus numerous time. I seen this bus driver wait for multiple people who were white. I was 2 houses down from the stop. I waved he looked at me, laughed, and kept going. I raced on my bike, passed him at the light made it to the next stop. I got on, and he said I thought you were waving hello. REALLY. Every other bus driver and the security at the bus stop are awesome beautiful people. Every morning the number 7 bus stops and opens the door in the Northgate Roundabout and also opens the doors at Elmwood Ave and North. This would not bother me but he only does it for certain people. I have seen handicap people ask this number 7 bus to stop for them and he won’t?? This is a serious problem and has been addressed several times and no one will do anything? Horrible service

The bus driver was so rude I had not taken a bus in years, my car is being worked on so I kind of had to. Not only did they make me pay more than once for no reason, I find out they do this to a lot of people!! I just paid $8 to get downtown in one bus ride. My Uber home was cheaper with a tip. He said I had to get off the bus or pay more and the guys at the downtown terminal said it’s not supposed to be like that.
