This bank merged with mine, so I'm a member by force. Overall it has been a horrible experience. Debits cards don't even have the ability to link to ApplePay...IN 2026. There are five day holds for check mobile deposits. The communication from the bank about changes = nonexistent. Overall, I use this as a shell account for random occurrences. I would not recommend it for daily banking or a main account.

I called to inquire about an auto loan bc the online rate looked competitive. The rep I spoke with said they'd email me loan application info ASAP. Days later after not receiving anything, I followed up and was told they were writing the email as we spoke! Well, you can probably guess by the review score that it never came. I shouldn't have to chase them. They must not be interested in new customers, so take your business somewhere else with better customer service.
