This credit union is the very best I’ve ever placed with my trust for over ten years.
I called to inquire about an auto loan bc the online rate looked competitive. The rep I spoke with said they'd email me loan application info ASAP. Days later after not receiving anything, I followed up and was told they were writing the email as we spoke! Well, you can probably guess by the review score that it never came. I shouldn't have to chase them. They must not be interested in new customers, so take your business somewhere else with better customer service.
Heritage credit union took my banking concerns more seriously. Did not feel welcome trying to use their services.
