This company is a literal scam. When I purchased a rental van for 10 days online, it showed it would be $800. When I checked out, I showed up, and the guy told me it'd be $1,600 and that it would require a $200 deposit. Now they are charging me $260 for about $40 worth of tolls, $199 of that being admin fees, which was definitely not advertised. They will just throw in thousands of dollars of hidden fees. I picked up a Nissan rogue for a 3 day vacation with my daughter. Within 30 miles of picking up the vehicle the oil change required now light came on. The next morning the location tire pressure light came on. The tire would not keep above 17 lbs of air in it. When I got there I was told I had to put a 500 dollar deposit down, which I was not told about when reserving the vehicle. I would highly suggest you avoid this offsite location. Not only for the inconvenience of getting to the business, more importantly how difficult they are with returning your $500 security deposit. I rented a car a month ago and have contacted the company twice via phone and 3 times via email. One email stated they would return my security deposit by close of business on February 27th. It's March 2nd and I am still waiting for the security deposit return. They said they have to verify no out of state travel, tolls etc but th... read more
