Check in and out pretty straight forward process, didn’t take long, email with pick up directions very easy to follow. Car from outside in good conditions, inside a complete disaster, it was very dirty, smell bad.
I was satisfied with my experience until I was charged $47 for 2/8 of gas. I returned the car & was told it was 2/8 less than when I initially drove off the lot I thought that charge was quite excessive for such a small difference
