Worst experience ever. Shuttle van had NO AC. We almost lost our rental due to shuttle taking 20 min to pick us up and employees taking forever. We stood in line for over an hour. The guy behind the counter was shouting obscenities at another customer after their rental was automatically canceled by the company, due to no fault of the customer. Vehicle needed servicing and started to act weird. We thought it was going to break down on the way back to drop it off. Wish we could give this place negative stars

I would give no star If I could. The worst scam ever! Make sure they're taking your insurance. My insurance is pretty good but ' 'unfortunately'wasn't on their list. They made us to purchase the new one what they're offering wich cost us extra $300! To add second Driver we were told it cost $10/a day, but when we were thinking about cancelation, and then decided to rent from them (because it was 11:30pm and we had kids) they raised the price to $15! Upon arrival, I encountered a long line and waited approximately 30 minutes to reach the counter. Once there, the associate informed me that there was no reservation under my name. I provided my confirmation number from Priceline.com, which she located in the system but claimed had been cancelled by the third party. I showed her the confirmation email I had received just the day before, but she continued to repeat that the reservation was cancelled. Honestly if I could give this place a 0 star I would! Had issues from the minute we landed and waited for a shuttle for 30 mins to it then show up and get full. We then decided to pay a taxi to take us 8 mins down the street $40!! Upon arrival we were given the Information regarding our rental and were told that upon returning we could add the toll pass because tolls were “avoidable” so okay we agreed (first time in FL little did we know tolls were EVERYWHERE) and then were given a vehicle key for a vehicle that wasn’t in th... read more

Extremely poor. Arrived late in the evening with my kids at in tow only to find that they would not rent me the car unless my insurance company was listed in their specific app, or I had to pay $40 day extra in insurance fees. That almost doubled the cost of the rental. So then we were waiting for another member of our party to come who's insurance company was listed, but the shuttle passed by him three times before picking him up.
