DO NOT RENT FROM GREEN MOTION. Bait and switch. Their great price not so great when then won’t accept your personal liability insurance and charge you $70 a day for theirs! Plus their employees are rude and corporate customer service doesn’t care and gives you the run around with your complaint.

One star because you can’t rate lower. Rent from anyone else. We pre-paid for a van and pre-filled all information for them. I received multiple emails about my reservation, then was asked why I was there when I went to pickup said vehicle. Gentleman at the counter told me they didn’t have any vehicles and that my reservation didn’t matter. Highly recommend not renting a 12+ seat van from Greenmotion Florida at MCO. Made a reservation months ahead for a rental van for a 7 days to go to and from Port Canaveral. Showed up and was told that commercial insurance is required when booking a 12-15 passenger van. Nowhere in the booking or reservation screen or details does it state anything about commercial insurance.
