It is advisable to refrain from renting a vehicle from this car rental company. Should you find yourself stuck at the airport due to a flight delay and unable to pick up your rental on time, even after notifying them, they will cancel your reservation and charge you for a vehicle you did not receive. Furthermore, they will deny your request for a refund; they are quite untrustworthy. I wish I could give then a zero.
They are a bunch of thief my flight got delayed and they cancellation my reservation and did not want to refund me back my money the staff are rude and unwelcoming and want to keep my money this company is the worse

Was the most stressful and worse experience. The cars are double parked so there is no parking. We drove around for 20 minutes looking for a spot. They eventually moved cars so we could park which took extra time we had not planned for, a total of an hour just figuring out parking. We had to squeeze through the parking lot. It was hard to get someone to help you at the desk because no one is ever there. Both on our leaving and return journey. Awful experience! BA cancelled our flight and re-routed us via Chicago which meant we would be 6hrs late arriving at MCO. Contacted Green Motion who advised as long as we are there before 11pm when it closes we will be ok. Got there at 10.15pm to be told there was no car available, we were outwith the 2.5hr lat grace period which was not highlighted during correspondence.
