How lucky are we to have Green Lotus in our community? I went for the Yin Yoga and will be back for the salt cave, massage and infrared sauna!
I took a class here following a heated class. The temperature had not been adjusted which made class so unpleasant. I did speak to the instructor and she took no measures to try to lower the temperature. It was awful . Usually there is more care for participants so I’m not sure what happened there. Just be careful about classes following heated sessions. Because they may not be concerned with your comfort level.
